Emphasis is given on individualized learning. As an educator this is very important to me. You can teach the student at their level and help them to grow through the adjustments to the lesson plans. Every student learns differently, so tapping in what the student needs is paramount.

The thing that I love the most about T.E.S.L.A. is the parent involvement. As a working mother, I am able to find a way to connect with other parents and the kids at school. I feel very much a part of the community from the first hello at the door to the last good bye at aftercare. I really love being invited into the classrooms to help celebrate holidays, special events or field trips. Morning meeting is a great time to see the kids in action as well and I love being welcomed to be a part of my child's educational experience. The parents are so welcoming and really help each other out. T.E.S.L.A. is exactly the community I want my child to grow up around.
